Alison Underwood

As a certified ICF executive coach, I specialise in crafting transformative learning experiences that empower people to resolve challenges, make better choices and achieve lasting behavioural change.

Over the last 16 years, my primary focus has been on leadership development, collaborating closely with company directors and senior management to cultivate exceptional leadership skills. Coaching executives in the City, I also recognised the opportunity to support well-being and trained as a Nutritionist, adding this into my coaching programmes. Throughout my journey, I've encountered numerous individuals who perceived low energy, stress, digestive issues, or sleep disturbances as inevitable consequences of their professional lives. However, I firmly believe that it doesn't have to be that way. My mission revolves around empowering people to make positive changes in both their professional and personal realms, guiding them towards enhanced health and well-being with unwavering dedication.

I continue to work with a variety of clients in the Media, IT, Insurance, Property, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Government, Cosmetic and Professional Service industries.

I have 15 years experience in managing operational departments.  I started my management career with Yellow Pages, before moving to Italy where I lived and worked for a few years. Returning to the UK I continued my career in SaaS where I held two senior CRM positions.  I began consulting and training in the financial services industry before starting my own coaching company with a focus to assist organisational growth and performance.   I’m passionate about my own development and being a keen learner, I’m a regular attendee of talks, training courses and conferences always looking to apply new skills to my work.   In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking up a fermenting experiment in the kitchen, gardening and taking long dog walks along the river.
